They do not celebrate new year/resoultions cause it is worldly upon the rights of unrighteous men and women who behave in ignorant acts of ingorance.sex before marriage, drunkness, drugs, etc. Im not a witness, but i agree with them on alot of things, therefore i take no part in all the celebrating the rest of the world do. and besides holidays and all that crap seems boring!

Hold up i seen many people kiss the pope's hand and yes ring and feet. And i only been around 22 years lol. They look at him like he is the man who heal people and etc.. And i talked with many people who are catholics and they told me That Mary is very important and they pray to her. Which i find real funny cause Jesus said you are only to worship GOD, not man, not woman, not pictures, not idols, nor Jesus himself, cause we all understand that The messiah is not GOD.
Mary is not important, she is just like us. But she is not on a higher level then the rest of us. And i know for a fact that catholics look at mary on the same level as Jesus and GOD. But please tell me im wrong.

First off the pope seems to very misguided, not only in his teaching(which btw is wrong, Jesus said you must only worship GOD. not mary or whoever else) but also in his very way of doing things. People seems to be worshipping the pope, everytime i look up somebody is falling on their face towards him and kissing his feet and kissing his hand. The pope aint nobody special, he just like anybody else. lol. anYway besides all that crazy stuff.
JH: maybe if you read the bible then you would'nt ask questions like this. Im not giving out any info right now , but one of the things that GOD has told peter to tell the world is:
"THE TIME IS COMING, WHEN GOD HAS PROMISE MAKKIND A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS, WHEREIN THE HOME OF THE RIGHTEOUSNESS, WE WILL DWELL IN IT FOREVER -2 peter chapter 3 verse 13"
Keep in mind i quoted that but i dont have my bible near me right now, so in that chapter it is written diffrent. But the bottom line is that GOD ALWAYS KEEPS HIS PROMISE! dont be ignorant of this.

My First New Year's
by Mysterious ini ended up going to a party with some friends even though i had earlier planned to lay low this year.
i had an awesome time and showed up at home quite late.

mom's been going back to the kingdom hall for about a year now, and i figured that, much like my father, i would have to cut off all contact with her at some point.

I love it when the witness's saids if you dont join us , you wont survive armageddon. I love it cause it does not make any sense. How would they know whos gonna survive or not. That's just one of things that is keeping me away from joining with them. But other then that they are nice people, little confused at times but cool.
